PRICES
1. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and
are for the chalet for the week, inclusive of
heating and electricity.
2. Linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels) are not
provided, these can be brought with you or hired
from our French Agent Chantal Mudry and will be
ready for pickup from her office with the keys to
the Chalet.
Prices for linen hire for a week through Chantal
are:

the pressing is normally open from 9am to 7pm Monday
to Saturday.
If you wish to bring your own linen the following is
required:
2X double sheets, 2X double duvet covers
2X single sheets, 2X single duvet covers
6X pillow cases
Bath/Hand towels as required
3. We ask for a £200 ( 300) refundable security
deposit which we hold during your stay, this is to
encourage clients to leave the chalet clean and
tidy.
4. Payment is in two stages. First the
non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost at
the time of booking. Secondly, the remaining 75% 8
weeks before the start of your stay.
DISCOUNTS
Please speak to us for late bookings, weekend breaks
and out of season prices.
FLEXIBILITY
Most of our guests stay for 7, 10 or 14 days, we are
flexible so come for as little as 2 nights or
for as long as you would like.
FOOD
Chalet Le Gite is a self catering chalet only. There
are many restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket in
town. There is a large Carrefour hypermarket in the
town of Cluses on the way to Les Gets from Geneva
airport. Take a right turn at the second roundabout
in Cluses and follow signs for Carrefour.
NON SMOKING
Smoking, including pipes and cigars, is not
permitted inside the chalet.
THE BOOKING PROCESS
1)
Contact
us with your desired holiday dates, we
will reply with a booking form via post or email and
confirm availability, total price and rental deposit
required.
2) Check the
booking terms and conditions.
3) Send back the
completed booking form with rental deposit payment
(either cheque or bank transfer).
4) We will send you
a booking conformation indicating the outstanding
rental balance amount, due date and refundable
damage deposit required. Also included will be
details of where to pick up the chalet keys (this
can be done out of business hours where you will be
given a code to open a secure digicode box holding
the keys).

SKI BUS TIMES
The free ski bus stops outside the chalets garage
(stop N6) 15m from the chalet. the bus route is Line
A (red) from 7h50 to 17h20, non-stop, twice per
hour. the winter bus stops at 26mins past the hour
and 56mins past the hour. From 17h30 to 20h30 bus
route Line C (green) runs non-stop, once per hour
and arrives at 36mins past the hour.
The journey time to the closest lift is 10mins (stop
N14, lift 'Les Perrieres') lift passes can be
purchased at this lift station.
Over Christmas and New Year there are additional busses
during peak times and from February the buses start
at 7h20.
Please check the timetable at the bus stop in case
the bus times have been altered.

DRIVING INTO THE TOWN CENTRE
There is plenty of free parking in the town centre
should you wish to drive into town.
